TSIM are set to kick off their highly anticipated first national tour in 30 years next month, and while fans are still guessing which TSIM show they’ll get, at least the support acts are no mystery, with each state’s lineup now announced.
Kicking off the tour on October 1 at Hobart’s Odeon Theatre will be Tassie post-punk four-piece Slag Queens.
The Melbourne Forum shows (Oct 7,8,10), will see TSIM joined by alt-punk rockers Laura and the Hell Cutz (Wed 7), plus the genre-bending Stupid Fuck the Silly Clown (Thu 8), and post-pub rock’n’rollers Techno 666 (Sat 10). *The Wednesday and Thursday shows are now sold out, with limited tickets remaining for Saturday.
Adelaide’s post-punk/noise-rock collective Placement and indie punk-pop outfit Oscar the Wild will warm up the stage at Hindley St Music Hall (Oct 16).
Brisbane audiences can expect high-energy punk rock from Shock Value at the Fortitude Music Hall (Oct 17), while the legendary alt-country, rockabilly, and dieselbilly four-piece The Fuelers will get the night underway at Canberra Theatre (Oct 21).
Perth rockers Legs Electric will bring the big riffs to the Metro City show (Oct 24), with the tour then heading to Sydney for two nights at the Enmore Theatre (Oct 30/31). There, audiences will get a taste of Laura and the Hell Cutz (Fri/Sat), along with garage-punk outfit Itchy and the Nits (Fri 30), plus new-wave futronic punk outfit The Lost Futures on the final night (Sat 31).
The tour will finish up at Wollongong’s UOW Uni Bar on November 6, with six-piece freaky synth-punk rockers Ashpit taking the stage alongside Totally Unicorn, who will bring their blend of hardcore and noise rock.
Don’t miss TSIM live on their national ‘No Mistakes Tour’.
